Wow! It's really been 6 weeks since I've posted anything. Between massive amounts of homework and a to-do list that equaled a two column page in length, the last thing I've thought of is an update. Thankfully the to-do list is down to almost nothing. Such is not the case with homework.
So here I am, in my office, with nothing to do at the moment, thinking what could I write about. There is my trip to Seattle, but I'm still waiting on photos to be developed. I haven't seen a new movie for a couple of months. The last thing I saw was
Burn After Reading which was decent, but so weird it boggles the mind. I never had a chance to do a formal review. It would be pretty boring to talk about my homework, even though it consumes my evenings and is the only thing going on in my life.
So let's talk about breakfast cereal. Odd topic I know, but it's finally that time of year for the cherished Boo Berry and Franken Berry cereal. I always get excited when the blue and pink boxes adorn the cereal aisle (or in the case of Target, the checkout lines - don't ask me why; I don't work there). What's so special about this cereal you may ask?
For the cereal itself, nothing. It is sugary coated grains with marshmallows that taste good in milk. I remember eating it as a kid. Boo and Franken hung out with their buddy Count Chocula, which I never ate as a kid because I thought I didn't like chocolate. Brown M&Ms were not allowed into my mouth because they were chocolate, but the other colors were ok. I'm weird.
For Franken Berry and Boo Berry, I can remember eating them as a kid. In fact, I distinctly remember eating Boo Berry the morning my little sis was born. I can't tell you why I remember that but I do. For some reason, General Mills decided to stop making these cereals, but thankfully they decided to release these around Halloween every year. It is great excitement when I see them on the shelf and usually pick up a box of each, eating only those two cereals until they are marked down to ridiculous prices by Target who severely overstocked.
