Here it is; the Grand Reopening of my web site. For the past 2 months, the site has been practically dead in the water because of the hosting provider, eHostsource.com. I've gotten as close as I can to recovering all the data. I'm still missing address books and mailing lists because the company handling the server migration is run by people who couldn't graduate from ITT Technical Institute. Now that I'm back up and running, expect more consistent updates and movie reviews. It doesn't hurt that the summer movie season is upon us. I went to see a movie for the first time in 2 months yesterday. Look for a Stat Trek review on Thursday.

I wish I had a picture for this next story. For once, I didn't have my DSi with me to take a pic, so I will try to be as descriptive as possible. On Friday, as I walked into the doctor's office, there was a person checking in standing in front of me. At a glance, I thought this person was female. Her outfit consisted of denim capris up to the knee and a frilly brown shirt. She had long blond braids in her hair. Then I noticed that she was about 3 inches taller than me (at least 6'2"). Ok, so she's tall. Maybe it's the heels. Then I noticed the shoulders. I don't know of any woman with shoulders that broad. It was like she had shoulder pad implants. From there my focus shifted to the feet. She wasn't wearing heels, but flip-flops. That 6'2" was all person. And those feet belonged on Bigfoot. What does a men's size 13 translate to in women's sizes? Do they even make women's shoes that big? Was it a he or a she? If it wasn't a he in women's clothing, she certainly got the wrong genes.
