I admit it. I'm procrastinating on the updates. I had time to do a review this weekend, but I didn't feel like it. All I wanted to do was play games. Right now I'm concentrating on finishing up Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly. I'm in a "I just want to beat this game" mode right now. The game is pretty much boring, but I've put too much time into it to give up. As Spyro, a little purple dragon, you run around letting your personal dragonfly pick up gems while you try to find and catch other dragonflies in order to "save the world". There are some mini games involved that break up the action and range from "take a nap" too easy to "pull all your hair and toenails out" super, frustrating hard. I guess you can consider it a puzzle game: hunt down the gems and the dragonflies, go to the next level, lather, rinse, repeat. I have a growing stack of gamecube games that I've beaten and plan on getting rid of, so if you want them, let me know. I'll cut you a good deal on them. Right now I have a demo disk (Viewtiful Joe, Splinter Cell, Sonic Heroes, Billy Hatcher, and SoulCalibur 3 demos), Pikmin, Metroid Prime and Spyro (once I complete it).

Sunday I'm off to play for a week in Vegas. I've set my limit and plan to stick to it even though my parents expect me to sell everything I own there. You'd think I am a member of Gambler's Anonymous. I'll be back with stories galore and with any luck motivation to get those updates done. Although this is a personal site, it's still work to update. Whether it's for me or for my job, work is still work and I need a break.
