If you are looking for a diet for the new year, I have the solution. Many people find the Hollywood Diet to be great for quick weight loss. What they fail to tell you in the commercials is that basically you crap your guts out for a day and lose about 10 pounds (mostly water weight). Of course these solutions are very expensive.

I offer to you my cheap, quick, weight loss solution. Try to find a bottle of Vicious Viper hot sauce. Put approximately 6 drops on half of a 6 inch sub. Hopefully you will be able to finish your meal. Within an hour, it should work it's magic. And, you will have plenty more to use whenever you need it.

In my experience, the edges of my tongue began to burn after the second bite. After I had eaten a fourth of my sub, the burning sensation started creeping to the back of my throat. I think I drank about 80 ounces of lemonade. I'm still paying for this adventure.

Here was the plan. We stopped by Firehouse Subs before grocery shopping today. I ordered a nice corned beef and pastrami sub.
