We are down to three days before the big move. In a way I'm excited. I'm not looking to the whole loading/unloading thing or the drive down. I am looking forward to a fresh start. I have an opportunity to redecorate and get a new set of surroundings, and I have a chance to meet new people and teach different classes.

Today was cleaning day. We spent 3 hours cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. We have turned into disgusting people. I vow never to let our new dwelling get that bad again. I say that now, but can I keep up is the big question.

Last night we went to see RAW, possibly for the last time in the near future. Not only was the show boring, but once we move, it will probably be another year or so before it comes to Birmingham. The excitement just isn't there any more. I remember the first few times that I went to a wrestling event. It was exciting and fun, but now it's the classic same crap, different day. I'm not sure why this is. Having split rosters may have something to do with it. If the two rosters were together you could have a lot more variety. RAW just doesn't have the star power to make it interesting. Every week we see Benoit and HHH fighting. Every week HHH and Evolution steal the spotlight. (yawn!) It must be nice to be married to the boss' daughter. It seems any more I turn on wrestling out of habit hoping something good will happen. Most of the time I'm disappointed.

Unfortunately, I won't have the opportunity to see Summerslam. This may be a blessing in disguise. The card looks good, but that never means anything anymore. The card can look amazing and still have a show full of crap.
