This morning I had the pleasure of being mesmerized by PBS. Those of you that know me might remember at one time I was a watcher of Teletubbies. I caught the show the morning before Mr. Garrigan's wedding and it cracked me up. I watched it for a few weeks laughing at it until it became repetitive. Well, this morning I was flipping channels and came across a show called Boohbah. These colorful creatures are weirder than Teletubbies. Each one looks like a giant, pastel bladder with arms and legs. They don't have a mouth but have a little rounded head that pops out the top. Their eyebrows are rows of lights and their "fur" is filled with twinkling lights. I sat there staring at the TV for about 5 minutes in a daze not wanting to turn the channel. What do they put in these shows to make people watch? If I was so easily mesmerized, I can imagine a child watching for hours unaware that anything else is happening. Finally I was able to break myself away and continue with my day. If you want to see what these little guys look like visit http://pbskids.org/boohbah/boohbah.html.

I updated the movie reviews last night. Hot off the press is my review of I, Robot. Coming next is a review of Bourne Supremacy and a new Cyber Quickie for The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventure from my extended stay at Best Buy as they hooked up my XM Radio car adapter.
