A review of Big Fish has been posted. Coming this weekend is my first virtual reality column in the Gameroom as well as a review of The Last Samurai. And finally, I hope to get the Old School section designed. I'll hold off on the details for now. And that's the update segment of our show today.

I need a little help from you XP techies. I compressed the files on my C drive the other day. I tried to run a game last night and no luck. Tried a different game and it was ok. SO, I rebooted. XP says there was an error and wants to send a report to MS. I cancelled that out and tried the troublesome game again. Got much farther but then encountered a directx problem. Thinking I screwed something up, I tried to auto restore which also caused the system to pop up a problem report for MS. If I can't auto restore, what are my options? Do I need to reinstall directX, XP, etc? [Discuss in the forums]
